Our Board of Directors

The Board of Directors Promosalons represents its clients and partners, and takes major decisions on strategy and actions of the network.

The Board of Directors has 25 members, who represent our partner organisations and exhibition organisers. The 12 members representing organisers are elected at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors meets at least three times a year, as convened by the Chairman or at the request of the majority of its members. It deals with a wide range of issues: strategy, budget, hourly rates, new memberships, opening of new delegations, recruitment, partnerships, etc.

Decisions are taken on a majority of members present or represented, and more than half the Board’s members must be present for resolutions to be passed.
