Europain is the meeting place for the global bakery, pastry-making, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream making markets, showcasing the sector’s latest innovations.

In 2014, 76,950 trade visitors (30% international from 138 countries) gathered for 5 intensive days of business and networking in a friendly, relaxed environment.

With a comprehensive offer of products, equipment and services presented by 804 exhibitors and brands, Europain proposes concrete solutions for artisan and industrial bakers and pastry-makers who want to grow their business and attract new customers.

With a strong focus on innovation, Europain includes a dedicated area showcasing new products, the Europain Innovation Awards and Intersuc Collections, selected by a panel of experts. Training is also high on the agenda and in the ‘Rue des Ecoles’ visitors can meet the schools and colleges that are shaping the new generation of bakers and confectioners.

Europain is a lively show offering trade visitors a practical view of tomorrow’s bakery and confectionery industry, with masses of on-stand demonstrations: a total of 2,480 demos were given over the five days of the show in 2014! A real showcase for French and international expertise, Europain hosts the biggest bake-offs in a dedicated area called "LE CUBE", including the Bakery World Cup and the Bakery Masters, the International Confectionery Art Competition and the French Schools Cup. Contestants from all segments compete in front of a delighted audience.
