Description :

The Foire de Marseille, the biggest fair in the south of France, is a major public attraction with growing numbers of visitors and exhibitors each year. From 23 September to 3 October 2011 the Fair will welcome more than 1400 exhibitors over an area of 17 hectares, to the delight of its 380,000 visitors.

A unique event that brings together the traditional and the modern, the Foire de Marseille with its welcoming, international atmosphere, is both festive and practical. There’s something for visitors of all ages: advice, tips and information on the latest trends. The Fair has 4 main sections devoted to:

• The home
• Lifestyle
• Food
• International

As always, the highlight is the late-night opening. The evening of Friday 30 September will see Parc Chanot host a music extravaganza with concerts, brass bands, and dance companies featuring every style of music from reggae to tango, classical and jazz, adding to the fair’s festive atmosphere.
